Moving beyond traditional coatings, the BioGenius Slurry is a high-performance, industrial-grade mineral barrier designed to transform vulnerable surfaces into fire-resistant, weed-suppressing, and carbon-sequestering assets.
What It Is?
Our slurry is a precision-engineered blend of high-surface-area Biochar (Fixed Carbon) suspended in a specialty, cross-linked Polyurethane Dispersion (PUD). When applied, it creates a permanent, non-leaching "ceramic shell" that shields the underlying material from thermal, chemical, and biological degradation.

Advanced Fire Retardancy
Unlike standard fire paints that can peel or wash away, our slurry uses a baking-grade cross-linker (Imprafix™) to fuse the carbon barrier to the substrate.
The Result: A significant reduction in Peak Heat Release Rate (pHRR) and a massive delay in time-to-ignition. It doesn't just slow fire; it denies it fuel.
Physical Weed Suppression & Soil Health
For municipalities and industrial sites, our slurry provides a durable, non-toxic alternative to chemical herbicides.
